The 65T and 80T asphalt-based carbon fiber prepreg is a high-modulus carbon fiber prepreg developed by our company in 2018 and successfully mass-produced in 2019. The fiber unit area weight ranges from 100g to 560g and can be customized according to customer requirements. This series of products is currently one of the prepregs with a higher modulus in the domestic prepreg industry. Compared with ordinary prepregs, asphalt-based carbon fiber prepreg not only has high carbon fiber modulus, no creep, good fatigue resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good corrosion resistance, low fiber density, and good X-ray permeability, but also has high thermal conductivity, reverse thermal expansion coefficient, and ultra-high modulus. This material is mainly used in robotic arms, brake pads, seals, and other applications.
