2019
Successfully mass-produced 65T and 80T asphalt-based carbon fiber prepregs, with fiber unit area weights ranging from 100g to 560g, customizable according to customer requirements. This series of products represents the highest modulus in the domestic prepreg industry. Compared to ordinary prepregs, asphalt-based carbon fiber prepregs have higher thermal conductivity, a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, and ultra-high modulus.
2019
Batch application of flame-retardant epoxy resin prepreg, flame-retardant phenolic resin prepreg, and flame-retardant adhesive film in rail transit products, which can meet the highest fire protection requirements of the German standard DIN5510 and the EU standard EN45545 HL3.
2018
In June 2018, the fourth production line with a width of 1270mm was launched, designed for a maximum weight of 2400g/m2; at the same time, successfully developed 30T 15g/m2 carbon fiber prepreg, becoming one of the few companies in the industry capable of producing 30T ultra-thin prepreg.
2018
In February 2018, at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, ski athletes from Japan, Canada, and other countries used ski poles made from our company's prepreg materials for the first time, achieving excellent results of 2 gold and 2 silver medals. This also marks our company as the official supplier of domestic prepreg materials for ski poles at the Winter Olympics.
2017
In April 2017, the third production line with a width of 1270mm was put into operation; in June, products were exported to South Korea; in November, the 40T high-modulus prepreg reached international standards, breaking the monopoly of Japan and South Korea in the high-end prepreg market with high modulus, low weight, and low resin content.
2016
In November 2016, successfully developed and mass-produced 10g/㎡ ultra-thin carbon fiber prepreg.
2015
In August 2015, passed ISO 9001 quality certification; in October, the second production line officially began mass production of high modulus, low resin content prepreg. Multi-angle fabric was mass-produced and obtained a national patent.
2014
In May 2014, Weihai Lanke Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established with 6 employees; in July, the first production line for low weight, low resin content prepreg officially began mass production.
